Last night with the help of a friend I installed a some work at Roots Coffeehouse in North Richland Hills. I’m very pleased with the way it turned out. We built shelves for part of the display, giving it a unique feel while remaining simplistic. The shelves are actually just 2x4s cut, sanded, stained, and then re-sanded and suspended by rope attached to drywall hooks. I will post some pictures as soon as I get over there during some hours with nice light.
I hope to have a reception there one night and invite everyone to come hang out and have some coffee and chat. There is some newer work up and I plan on tweaking a bit more and possibly rotating some even newer stuff in over time. Currently lots of images from autumn and winter are up, with some nature and environmental portraits from Asia as you walk down the length of the wall.
Go check it out and let me know your thoughts!!
